    A. In situ hybridization (ISH) with an antisense RhoB probe (a small "classical" Rho GTPase - Causeret et al., 2004. Visualisation of young post-mitotic neurons initiating at E11 their tangential migration in the marginal and sub-marginal streams (thin arrow) to form the inferior olivary nucleus. RhoB transcripts are strongly expressed in the floor-plate and in motoneurons of the hypoglossal nucleus (XII).
    B. ISH with a CLIP3/CLIPR-59 probe on a cryosection of post-natal spinal cord. Spinal motoneurons are strongly labeled.
